We had a great meeting last week as we continued with our entrepreneurship lesson and allowed the kids to start putting their business plans on paper! We are incredibly excited about some of the ideas they are bringing to life and are here to teach them about the process - from raising capital to building target audiences.
Also, we were fortunate enough to have representatives from Minorities in Tech come last week as guest speakers at the Dearing Extension location. The kids had an amazing time learning about the basics of coding and engaged in fun activities to make the material more digestible and engaging. We would like to give a special thanks to Minorities in Tech for creating an interactive lesson and being of service to the Athens youth!
